About the Writers

Pharyne Stephney Gremore is from Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2014 she earned a BA in Drama from Franciscan University of Steubenville after deepening her love of theatre through playwriting, acting, designing, and directing. Her playwriting debut Theatre Games was produced by VFR in 2017. Other writing credits include Built of Ivory (Fleeing Artists Theatre), Disruptions of the Body Saros (Transformation Theatre), and They Call Me Dracula (VFR). She currently resides in Bloomington, Indiana with her family.

Renée Darline Roden is a playwright and writer from Minneapolis, Minnesota, South Bend, Indiana, and New York, New York. Her plays have appeared at Open Booth Theatre Company, The Tank, The Bushwick Starr, and Dixon Place. Her writing has appeared in Howlround, the Santa Clara Review, America Magazine, and the revealer. She has two degrees in theology and is currently a journalism graduate student at Columbia University. Visit her online at sweetunrest.org.

Emmie D’Amico is a new playwright, director, and comedian from Pittsburgh, PA currently perusing Bachelors degrees at High Point University for theatre and English literature. Their stories focus on queer lives, non-traditional structure, and surprising human connections. Emmie is honored to be a part of Voices Found Rep’s festival!

Brandon Valadez is a writer and actor from Wisconsin and is now based in New York City. He's a novelist pursuing publication and can't wait to be back on the stage once we can all safely watch live theatre together again. You can follow him on social media @callmebrandonv.

After earning her B.A. in Drama, Hannah Kubiak was left with crushing debt and an inability to speak like a regular human being. From her lowly hermitage, she writes about entertainment, culture, and psychology, to enthusiastic acclaim from a handful of crackpots in the Midwest. She is a Tolkien enthusiast and an avid sedentary being. Hannah communicates the weirdness of the world through theater, podcasting, writing, and unsolicited remarks in social settings.

Ellen Therese is an aspiring actress, singer, and all around good human- she is so grateful for the opportunity to showcase a song that’s incredibly vulnerable to her. She’d like to encourage you to follow her on YouTube and other social media platforms! She’d like to thank God, her boyfriend and everyone who has supported her thus far. Thank you!!

Thom Cauley has previously worked with VFR in their production of Macbeth as Macduff and their zoom production of Julius Caesar. Besides acting, he also works as a singer, dancer, writer, choreographer and voice over artist. He is always on the search for new directions to reach and expand.

Denise Heisler is an RN, mama and mystic. Her passion is helping women to wake up to the power in their body’s and in their feminine hearts. She is a lover of the Goddess and of the Christ and is just stepping into the arena of creative expression through dance, art and music. She is a believer in Heaven on earth, and wants to help create a world in which the duality of this experience comes secondary to the true oneness of everything. You can reach her at [email protected] or find her on IG @denise_marie_goddess #curingeve
Peace and Blessings!

Recent roles include Ilona in the world premiere of They Call Me Dracula (VFR), and Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Play-By-Play). When she’s not acting, Haley enjoys writing, yoga, and making music. You can catch Haley’s latest projects on IG @haleyebinal.
