When Hermia’s father forbids her from marrying her love, Lysander, they run to the forest to make their escape. Demetrius, the man Hermia’s father has arranged for her to marry, and Helena, a woman desperately trying to win the affection of Demetruis, follow the pair into the forest. Hilarity and misfortune ensue when Oberon, the King of the Forest, meddles in the lovers’ troubles while enacting his own revenge on Titania, the Queen of the Forest. Running September 2nd-12th at Inspiration Studios, Voices Found Repertory proudly presents A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, directed by Sarah Zapiain.
