What is your "deal?" My name is Caroline Norton and I am a senior at Marquette University where I am studying Theatre Arts and Digital Media. Today, we're featuring Brittany Haut in our Meet the Cast of HENRY V series. Brittany plays the roles of Westmorland and Williams.
What's your "deal?" I sometimes feel like a chaotic creative. There are a lot of different things that spark my interest and I feel like I never have enough time. While I dedicate most of my time to acting, I've also worked on special effects makeup and props for my own enjoyment and for VFR productions, as well as taking an interest in stage combat. I'm violinist of 17 years, play Magenta in Milwaukee's own shadowcast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Oriental Theatre, and am an avid reader and horror fan. Shameless brag? I graduated with four sets of honors chords in high school. What is your favorite food? I honestly don't know what my favorite food was before I had my husband's chicken tacos. That's how good they are. What has been your favorite role to date? Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. It was an immersive learning experience that showed me how I could grow and what I could accomplish when I put myself fully into my work. What are you most excited about during HENRY? Every production is different due to the different people bringing their time, talents, and vision to bringing this story to life and I definitely look forward to the world being built brick by brick with each rehearsal.
